CREATING HORIZONTAL RADIUS BENDS

Cut out one center section of 2" wide FLEXTRAY

Simply bend and attach with Splice Washers, nuts and bolts.

Cut out one center section of 4" tray and one side rail both directions.

Simply bend and attach with Top and Bottom Washers, nuts and bolts.

Cut out two sections of larger sizes of FLEXTRAY and three side rails, both directions.

Simply bend and attach with Top and Bottom Washers, nuts and bolts.

Always use bolt cutters with offset blades when cutting FLEXTRAY
