CREATING TWO-PIECE RADIUS BENDS

This tight radius style bend is accomplished by cutting FLEXTRAY as shown and using the appropriate number of hardware according to the width and load.

Remove two side rail sections.

Overlap pieces and attach two sets of Top and Bottom Washers, nuts and bolts. Smaller sizes may require only one set.

Remove side rail sections.

For larger sizes, use two Support Washers.

Always use bolt cutters with offset blades when cutting FLEXTRAY
