FLEXTRAY - How To Order

1. Determine the total feet of FLEXTRAY runs.

2. Divide the total feet by 9.843. This will tell you the total number of straight sections required.

Total feet of FLEXTRAY / 9.843 = number of straight sections.

3. Identify the number of splices needed and order the appropriate splice accessories.

Total number of straight sections multiplied by number of splices needed (see chart).

Multiply Width By:

• 2" - x 2
• 4" - x 2
• 6" - x 3
• 8" - x 3
• 12" - x 4
• 16" - x 4
• 18" - x 4
• 20" - x 4
• 24" - x 4
• Example: 1000ft. divided by 9.843 ft. equals 102 - FLEXTRAY sections.
• 2" FLEXTRAY: 2 splices x 102 sections = 204 splice parts.

4. Determine the number of curves, bends and/or intersections. Order the appropriate splice accessories.

5. Determine where the FLEXTRAY is to be mounted (i.e.; underfloor, suspension, wall, etc.) Select the appropriate mounting options, based on weight of cable being supported.
