Cooling/Heating Systems - Page 11

SBDYR "YEAR-ROUND" MAKE-UP AIR SYSTEMS

Model SBDYR serves the same make-up air function as the YR-RYR system with direct gas-fired heating replacing indirect gas-fired furnaces. The YR-RYR system concept of "year round" modulated discharge air control is retained with the SBDYR. A supplementary cooling thermostat is also included.

A matching SB coil section, with cooling coil, is added upstream of the SBD direct gas-fired burner section. This results in a "draw-thru" air system with discharge air reheat control. Space over-riding heating and cooling temperature control is available as an add option. The model SBD direct gas-fired make-up air system is detailed in Hastings Bulletin SBD-1.

SBEYR "YEAR-ROUND" MAKE-UP AIR SYSTEMS

As with the SBDYR, model SBEYR also serves the same makeup air function as the YR-RYR system with UL listed electric heater replacing indirect gas-fired furnaces. The SBEM makeup air operating sequence is furnished to retain the YR-RYR system concept of "year-round" modulated discharge air control. A supplementary cooling thermostat is also included,

In the case of the SBEYR, a matching SB coil section, with cooling coil, is added upstream of the SBE electric heater section. This arrangement also results in a "draw-thru" air system with discharge air reheat control. Space over-riding heating and cooling temperature control is available as an add option. The model SBEM electric make-up air system is detailed in Hastings Bulletin SBE-1.

SBC-SBCH COOLING OR COOLING/HEATING UNITS

Model SBC designates a SB series air handling unit with cooling coil. Model SBCH has both a cooling and heating coil with a SB blower section. Matching SB coil sections are available for all SB series ventilating or air handling units detailed in Hastings Bulletin SB-1.

Evaporator or chilled water cooling coils and steam or hot water heating coils can either be mounted individually in SB series coil sections, or furnished in series for combination cooling and heating applications. Contact your local Hastings representative for selection and dimensional information.
