MODEL C HEATED COMMERCIAL AIR DOORS

EXTRA POWER MODEL EP INDUSTRIAL AIR DOORS have same dimensions as STANDARD MODEL with 1 HP motor, 18" high and 14" deep.

EXTRA HIGH VELOCITY MODEL EHV and EXTRA HIGH H VELOCITY MODEL EHH INDUSTRIAL AIR DOORS have dimensions shown on page 5 of this bulletin.

Furnish and install the following Hastings (Commercial) (Industrial) Air Door:

CONSTRUCTION

Commercial Type - Air Door cabinet shall be of one piece molded high density polycarbonate. The cabinet shall have self-extinguishing characteristics and be resistant to high heat and all chemical or weather exposures. Cabinet decorative color shall be (white) (gray) (gold) (dark bronze) (beige). Air intake shall be protected against inclement weather.

Industrial Type - Air Door cabinet shall be 18 gauge paint lock steel and double protected with gray rust preventative coating. All interior parts shall be safe-guarded against inclement weather. Cabinet shall be of sufficient strength for fastening to wall on both ends without any intermediate support. Model EHV and EHH industrial Type Air Doors shall have weatherproof covers.

All Models - Air Door housing shall incorporate a double extended shaft motor and DWDI squirrel cage blower wheels in fan housings. The Air Door shall be furnished with a wedge shaped discharge nozzle containing adjustable air deflectors with a 40 girth sweep from front to back.

VARIABLE AIR SPEED

Air Door shall have velocity control for variable air speed. Control shall be adjustable to reduce air velocity up to 60% with louvers in totally closed position. (Not available with Model EHV or EHH Industrial Type units).

ELECTRIC MOTOR

Air Door motor shall be heavy duty totally enclosed, continuous duty type with sealed lubricated ball bearings, resilient mounted and protected by an automatic thermal overload switch.

Three phase motors - any voltage.

Model C & CH Commercial Type

Decorative colors; gray, gold, dark bronze and beige. White is standard production color.

Model EHV, EHH, EP and Standard Industrial Type

Stainless steel cabinet.

Adjustable mounting brackets to clear any obstruction of air flow up to 2 1/2", 4", 7" or 10" from wall.

Extra depth wall mounting brackets for roll up doors (10", 16", 19" or 23" depth).
