Fan

Forward curved squirrel cage rated in accordance with AMCA Standards.

Motor

Open drip-proof type on adjustable mount.

Drive

Adjustable sheaves with V-belts, enclosed within the air intake section.

Bearings

Prelubricated.

Shaft

Solid, machined, cold-rolled steel with first critical speed limited to at least 25% maximum operating speed.

Burner

Gas(G) - Power type, for use with natural, manufactured, mixed, liquefied petroleum gas or liquefied petroleum gas/air mixture. Included in the standard manifold are main gas electric shut-off valve, main and pilot gas pressure regulators for maximum inlet pressure. Minimum inlet pressure gauge is 4 ounces.

Light Oil (LO) - High pressure, oil atomizing type with mechanically-forced draft suitable for burning fuels through# 2 grade to a maximum of 40 S.S.U at 100 degrees F.The unit incorporates an oil pump, combustion air fan and drive combustion air damper, oil strainer and oil pressure gauge.

Safety Controls

Burner Control - Automatic burner control shuts down burner(oil or gas )in the event of power or flame failure.

Fan and Limit Switch - Bonnet-mounted combination switch provides for automatic or continuous fan operation and for burner shutdown on excessive temperature.

Observation Port - This port is used to observe flame characteristics and as a pressure relief door.

Temperature Control - On-off space thermostat( for field mounting and wiring)

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

Dust Inlet  side or end enclosure plates replace screened panels when intake air is ducted to the heater.

Flatbank filters  throwaway or cleanable filters mounted on both sides and rear of unit.

V-Bank filters throwaway or cleanable filters in V-bank section on P-35/50 only.

Service platform  available for P-35/50 horizontal models only. Shipped unmounted.

High gas pressure regulator for gas pressure from 8 ounces to 50 PSIG.

Oil pressure system  suction system is standard. For pressure system an oil pressure regulator is furnished with either a standard or high pressure filter.

Nozzles set of 2 nozzles for P-20/25 or 3 nozzles for p-35/50 with nozzle mounting pan. Specify either 45 o or 90 o . 24 nozzle extension is also available

Discharge hood aluminum discharge hood with adjustable blades on P-20/25 and three discharge grilles for p-35/50.

Direct drive exhauster  included with IRI approval controls. shipped unmounted for field installation.

FM or IRI approval  specified controls available for either gas or oil-fired heaters.

Line connection thee-phase dead front fused disconnect switch mounted in cover of main control box ,single phase, circuit breaker mounted in box on heater.

Summer Winter switch "Summer-Off- Winter" selector switch mounted on heater.

Remote selector switch  "On-Off" toggle switch on terminal box shipped for field wiring.
