- High efficiency, low pressure drop (.13" wg) MUNTERS
12" CELdek (R) evaporation media and distribution pad. The material is crossflow, 6
mil specially treated cellulose paper. Sheets are impregnated with a thermosetting resin.
It is non-clogging, low maintenance, long service life media.
The nominal cooling efficiency of the direct unit is 90%.
Accessories
Accessories are factory furnished or optionally field
furnished to provide the design engineer with the flexibility of selection and
configuration he will require. Special factory built configurations other than the
standard options shown, (direct evaporative equipment, fans, plenums, coil sections, filter sections,
and supply air packages) may be furnished upon request. Direct evaporative units may be
tailored to meet the coil units and cabinet fans. The design engineer can set the criteria
... equipment configuration can be his needs.
- Indirect unit, side mounted, secondary plenums and
horizontal fans.
- Parallel indirect units mounted on a common base with an
intermediate secondary plenum and top discharge fans.
- A 12", cooling only, insulated connecting duct section
(indirect to direct unit).
- An insulated economizer connecting duct section consisting
of the return air damper, outside air damper , damper actuator connecting duct-section and
2" filters.
- Cooling or heating coils are optional in the connection duct
section.
- Factory mounting of the indirect unit, direct unit and
connection duct section on a common 6" channel base.
- Factory mounted inlet louvers on the secondary side of the
indirect unit.
- Screened inlet cowls for field installation on the primary side of the
indirect unit.
- Factory furnished supply fan sections complete with motors
and starters and system controls.
- Factory supplied solenoid drain valves with freeze
protection
These factory options provide the design flexibility to
achieve , either field bolt together systems or factory furnished packages (on a common
base of 2000 CFM) to 20,000 CFM capacity.
