Notes :
(1) Percent of wet-bulb depression
(2) Includes factory furnished inlet louvers
(3) Total includes filter sections, does not include
accessory coil section(s)
(4) approximate operating weights include indirect unit
accessories, direct unit, economizer duct section and Base.
Approximate water content indirect unit=45 gallons.
Direct unit = 20 gallons.
Pumps : the indirect and direct units include factory
furnished submersible pumps. Each has a nominal capacity of 9GPM @ 11' head.
115V-60C-10-Nameplate=300 Watts
Water bleed assembly. Factory furnished from pump discharge
to overflow fitting and will bleed approximately .4GPM.
I/D SYSTEM CONTROL
The following are suggested control sequences :
Two and three stage cooling only systems and 100% outdoor systems
(no return air provisions or economizer dampers)using room, or supply air duct thermostat
control.
- #1 - 1st stage cooling energizes the direct unit secondary fan and
pump
- #2 - 2nd stage cooling energizes the direct unit pump.
- #3 - 3rd stage cooling 9alternate) energizes the conventional cooling
coil control valve.
100% outdoor air systems may have heating apparatus in the supply
air downstream of the direct unit, which will require a heating side of the thermostat
function.
Two and three stage systems with economizer dampers (R.A and O.A
proportional damper control)
#1 - Return air damper 100% open
#2 - Outdoor air damper at minimum ventilation position
#3 - No pumps or secondary air fans in operation.
#4 - System heating apparatus may be energized.
#1 Return air damper is closed
#2 outdoor air damper is opened 100%. Note override thermostat in
the S.A duct may modulate dampers to mixed air if outdoor air temperature is too low.
#3 - 1st stage control channeled thorough outdoor air temperature
allowing indirect unit secondary fan and pump to be energized only when outdoor air
temperature is above set point.
Energizes direct unit pump.
- 3rd Stage cooling (optional)
Energizes the conventional cooling coil control valves.
