50 years of
manufacturing experience has shown that the high standards of heavy 16 ga. unit
construction, epoxy protective coatings on accessories and stainless steel cabinetry has
made the indirect unit a dependable and long lasting product.
These concepts have been carried through in
the manufacture of the I/D system.
(1)Thorough and efficient indirect unit water distribution system.
Sleeve type (replaceable, low porosity and high surface area synthetic water filters)
Factory furnished, sectional louvers. Easy access to pump and float
valve.
(2) Direct evaporative utilizing efficient, low pressure-drop
Munters Celdek (R) fill material. Low energy pump and float valve assembly is
factory furnished. Cleanable water distribution system.
(3) Readily accessible, factory furnished filter bank.
Accommodates 2" filter media in standard 16" X 20" and 16" X 25"
sizes.
Factory furnished and linked return air/outdoor air damper section.
(4) Efficient indirect heat exchange surface. Thorough water
distribution and contact to tube surface. Factory furnished intake louvers and pump.
(5) Optional factory furnished secondary air fan and plenum
assembly.
(6) I/D Model 2S (nominal 2000 CFM) indirect/direct system with
economizer interconnecting duct section, filter section,. secondary fan and plenum
section, mounted on common base.
