MOCK-UPS
The color, reflectivity distortion and overall visual appearance of glass products vary
greatly depending on glass type, size, thickness, heat treatment, manufacturing
conditions and surroundings. These are important design considerations. Architects and
owners should view a full size mock-up in surroundings similar to final job site conditions
prior to final specification.
WARRANTIES
Contact your local sales office for a copy of the products limited warranty.
The products limited warranty should be carefully reviewed because it will contain the
specific product qualities that HGP warrants, the term of the warranty, exclusions from
warranty coverage, and the remedial action that HGP will take if the product falls to
conform to the warranty.
It should be noted that the warranty disclaims any HGP liability for breakage, replacement
costs, and for incidental, special or consequential damages.
The warranty is dependent upon adherence to the HGP glazing recommendations.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
HGP Industries offer a wide variety of technical services including review of glazing
details, glass thickness versus windload recommendations, glass deflection analysis,
thermal stress analysis, glass performance information and glass breakage analysis.
HGP Glazing recommendations are available upon request.
