HGP LAMINATE GLASS

This diversified safety glazing material is both economical and functional as it reduces glare, reflects heat, resists weather and absorbs sound, while relieving many of today's architectural environmental problems. Ideal for sloped, sound control, ultraviolet screening, and security applications.

PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Laminated glass is manufactured by permanently bonding two or more layers of clear, tinted or reflective float glass with one or more interlayers of tough, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resin sheeting in an air autoclave under heat and pressure to create a single, solid construction. Choose either annealed, heat strengthened, or tempered glass to suit your specific application.

All HGP Laminated Glass products meet the requirements of ASTM C 7036, ANSI C 1172. Heat treated laminated glass products meet the above requirements and ASTM C- 7 048.
