• Interactive Voice Response System. This voice-operated interface saves time and provides convenience by letting customers read and command system points with a touch-tone phone.  Software also annunciates alarms through numeric or alpha pagers and provides customers with detailed tenant billing based on after-hours usage.
• Real-Time Pricing.  This package lets your customers reduce utility costs by communicating directly with their electric utility company. Within their requirements, the utility company can initiate load shift and/or load shed actions to let customers take advantage of real-time pricing and maximize their energy savings.
