The Excel CARE engineering system is a software program that streamlines and simplifies the once time-consuming tasks of engineering, documenting and commissioning a new DDC system.  It's completely visual; using graphics, Excel CARE lets you select mechanical plant schematics and implement control strategies.  Excel CARE ensures fast, high-quality installations and start-ups while creating accurate documentation for future service.

Easy
All you need to get started is the Excel CARE software, a personal computer and your own HVAC background.  Excel CARE guides you effortlessly through a graphic engineering process and even checks your work as you go along to avoid mistakes. A comprehensive package of standard control applications is provided to streamline the engineering process.  Based on Honeywell's extensive experience, the library provides precise, dependable control for a majority of applications and can easily be modified.

Flexible
When you have ideas of your own, Excel CARE lets you depart from standard applications and develop your own custom sequences using a library of control and energy management building blocks.  Full conditional logic and math capabilities let you meet any unique control requirements -- easily.

Documented
Using the input parameters for your facility, Excel CARE lets you design onscreen schematics and control strategies for all HVAC systems.  When you're done, you'll have a complete HVAC plant diagram, control strategy and switching logic.
