Excel Photo IDentification
A key part of a security management system is identifying people authorized to enter and move about your facility. Excel Security Manager
provides a photo identification and badge making option, Excel Photo ID, to complete your security system. Excel Photo ID may be run as a
standalone system to meet your badging needs or integrated with the Excel Security Manager cardholder database for integrated access
management.
Excel Photo ID may be networked with multiple stations accessing a central database over a local or wide area network. It allows the efficient
and economical creation of high quality photo identification badges printed with cardholder images and signatures.
The system uses the latest multimedia technology and conforms to the MCI (Microsoft’s Multimedia Control Interface) and TWAIN standards
providing you with flexibility in choosing video cameras, digital cameras or scanners.
Excel Photo ID stores card images in different formats including TGA, JPEG and FIF (Fractal Image Format). Images and data may be
imported and exported to other systems.
Fields may be added or deleted from the cardholder database and you may even create multiple cardholder databases to store different
information such as staff, subcontractors and visitors. Create your own card layouts incorporating images, signatures, information and the
company logo.

Print to any Windows® compatible printer. Excel Photo ID allows automatic printing of different card layouts for different people. Using the
latest direct card printers, you may also print directly onto access control cards.
Cardholder data in Excel Photo ID is automatically synchronized with the cardholder data in Excel Security Manager. This ensures maximum
efficiency by eliminating duplicate data entry.
