Largest and Most Complete Line

Horton Automatics revolving door product line is the largest and most complete in the industry. Our revolving doors are offered in the conventional round design or a patented Segmented™ design that provides extended glass and glazing options.

Horton Automatics offers manual, automatic, security and the Grand™ large diameter revolving doors.

Revolving doors combat the effects of "stack draft" found in today’s buildings. Wind gusts, noise, pollution and dust are problems for conventional entrances and vestibules but not for revolving doors. Revolving doors are "always open, always closed" allowing free traffic movement without opening your building to outside elements.

Payback on a typical revolving door can be realized in as little as two to three years, based strictly on energy conservation.

Automatic and Manual Revolving Doors

The Easy Flow™ Automatic Series provides effortless, hands free use and the Easy Flow Manual Series features an easily adjustable electronic manual speed control.

Easy Flow™ Automatic Series 9300

Designed for use in hotels, hospitals, airports, banks, office buildings and similar applications, Series 9300 doors – available in 8' (2.4m),
9' (2.8m), 10' (3m) and 12' (3.7m) diameters – feature motion detectors at each opening that start rotation upon user approach. Doors can also be activated manually.

Door speed is adjustable and a reduced-speed feature slows door rotation to allow easy access in larger doors for wheelchairs, strollers and large parcels. A solid-state voice module to alert pedestrians is included. In the event of power failure, the doors allow easy manual operation.

A microprocessor control ensures reliable performance and provides custom programming capability for special applications.

Easy Flow™ Door Safety

An adjustable torque-limiting threshold sets the limit on how hard the door will push against an obstacle. When the torque-limiting threshold is reached, the emergency stop feature halts the motor drive immediately, and the door can then be manually pushed in either direction. Power operation can be resumed either automatically or manually after a short time delay.

VistaStop™, located on the top rail of the wing, will stop or slow the door if it senses an object in the swing path of one of the door panels during the opening cycle. FootGuard™, on the bottom rail of the wing, also stops or slows the door. VistaStop is required on units 10' (3m) or larger.

Easy Flow™ Manual Series 9500

Designed for use in office buildings, banks and commercial buildings, Series 9500 doors feature an exclusive electronic Manual Speed Control for friction-free rotation at low speeds, adjusted simply with the turn of a potentiometer.

Series 9500 doors are available in 6' (1.8m), 6'6" (2m), 7' (2.1m) and 8' (2.4m) diameters. Muntins are standard in wings.

Optional Return-to-Quarterpoint accurately quarter-points the door for easy access, weather sealing and aesthetic appeal.
