Wireless Diagnostics

NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and NEC (National Electrical Code) codes require that
emergency lighting be installed per established performance in all facilities having public access, and be
tested once a month by energizing for 30 seconds to assure transfer from AC to back-up power source
indicating proper illumination.
When activated, DART cuts AC power in the emergency fixture transferring to battery back-up so you can
determine if the battery is working and lamps are operational.
- Activates fixtures up to 75 feet away
- Provides visual confirmation of proper lamp operation
- DART remains on battery power as long as momentary remote test button is activated. Upon release of
button, emergency fixture will switch to normal AC and fully recharge battery.
- Transmitter is battery powered by a 12V alkaline NEDA 1811A readily available source
- No extra wiring or installation required - fixture powered by either 120 or 277V AC
- Push button transmitter is supplied with LED which indicates test in progress
- Voltmeter, ammeter options work in conjunction with DART
DART is Available in These Hubbell
