GFK Flange
Kit
The Hubbell Flange Kit can be field installed on any Parabolite®, Regiment®,
or Versaline® grid troffer. It is an ideal fixture for those times when the
ceiling changes from grid to drywall or plaster. The GFK flange kit is also a good
addition to your stock to give you more versatility.
1. Attach two extruded aluminum side rails to fix-ture
housing with the pop-rivets supplied in the hardware envelope. Be sure to line up three
holes per side rail (one at each end and the middle) with the three in the housing. The
pop-rivets must enter the holes in the direction shown in Figure 1.

using the #6-20 x 3/8" long screws supplied. The screws are inserted in the outermost
holes of the end rail and fastened into the side rail extrusions. See Figure 2.

3. Attach four
swing-out hanger assemblies to the sides of the housing using the #8-18 x 5/16" long
screws supplied. See Figure 3.

Plaster Frames
Plaster frame sets for NEMA F troffers
Parts crimp-lock together for assembly. Minimum ceiling opening to receive plaster frame
should be (nominal troffer width) plus 1-1/4" x (troffer row length) plus
1-1/4". Complete sets include necessary side rails, end rails, and corner couplings.
Extensions exclude end rails, but include couplings for use with side rails. Order
complete sets for individually mounted fixtures. For continuous rows, order one complete
set plus one extension set for each additional unit in the row. See individual products
for catalog numbers.

INFORMATION Electronic One Lamp

1. T-8 Electronic is available in a variety of configurations.
This example describes many typical applications, for others consult factory. This
application provides a two lamp ballast in the master and no ballast in the satellite. To
order, add - MS11 suffix to the catalog number for master unit. Satellite does not
have a ballast, thus the ballast code is changed to "X" (representing no
ballast) and add - SAT suffix.

INFORMATION Electronic Two Lamp

1. This application provides a four lamp ballast in the master
and no ballast in the satellite. To order, add - MS11 suffix to the catalog number

master and no ballast in the satellite, this allows switching of inboard and outboard
lamps. To order, add - MS11 suffix to the catalog number for master unit. Also, the
ballast code for voltage is changed to "5" for 120V or "8" for
277 volt, two electronic ballasts. Satellite does not have a ballast, thus the ballast
code is changed to "X" (representing no ballast) and add - SAT suffix.
The four lamp "A" ballast operates the outboard lamps and the two lamp "B"
ballast operates the inboard lamps.
