The Superbay I series is a truly modular lighting system. Six ballast modules may be used
with nine efficient, task-specific optical modules to meet the most demanding industrial
lighting requirements. Superbay I is an extremely flexible lighting family that is easily
adaptable to changing lighting and inventory requirements. This series is well suited to
both new construction and retrolighting situations. Superbay I lighting systems produce
energy efficient, quality illumination that provides safety, enhances productivity,
improves quality, and increases employee satisfaction, while providing unprecedented ease
of maintenance.
BL Series Ballast Modules

BL
Series Mounting Systems
Two mounting arrangements are available. These may be shipped
with luminaires or in advance, if desired, for pre-wiring to building structure.

Quick-on®
(standard)
The Hubbell Quick-On mounting is constructed of heavy duty galvanized steel. To install,
simply secure Quick-On to conduit with locknut, insert luminaire into device, complete
electrical connections, then lift and shift luminaire in to position and secure with two
safety screws.

Slick-on®
(optional)
Constructed of galvanized steel, the Slick-On is a labor saving device for ceiling,
3/4" thru-wire, or balanced pendant mount. It may be ceiling or conduit thru-wire
mounted. For pendant mounting, simply thread Slick-On onto conduit, secure set screw,
slide on luminaire, make electrical connections and secure wire access covers. The device
is multi-slotted to allow secure, balanced mounting.
