The Superbay I SU Series is suited for new construction or easy retrolighting of existing systems. The uplight component softens
the overall brightness difference between the luminaire and surrounding area. Typical
applications include industrial plants,
warehouses, and aircraft hangers.
Ballast Module
Rugged, two piece, die cast aluminum with corrosion resistant
Lektrocote ® gray finish. All electrical components are mounted directly to the
ballast module for maximum heat dissipation and cooler operation.

Reflector
Spun from high purity Anodal® finished, heavy gauge aluminum.
Hemmed edge for strength, and installation and maintenance safety. Field adjustable reflector
brackets provide multiple lighting distributions for applications requiring narrow-to-wide distributions.

Quick Estimator
To determine number of luminaires required for desired
footcandle level, divide area of space to be illuminated by "Area per Luminaire"
from chart. Observe spacing criterion (SC) for specific applications, 50/50/20 room
surface reflectances, Category III, cleaned every 12 months, LLF = BF x LLD x LDD.
