Wall or Post Top
Luminaires
The Nitetorch I series features your choice of
HPS or fluorescent lighting sources. The fixture can be post top mounted on 3" OD
poles or arm mounted on walls. Recommended fixture mounting height is 7-10 feet. A wide
selection of enclosure types are available.
Base Housing:
Post Top
- Die cast housing supports ballast, socket, and enclosure
assembly. Designed to slipfit a 3" OD pole top
- NT-TA accessory available for 2- 3/8" OD tenons
- Three tamper resistant set screws provided
Base Housing: Wall Mount
- Cast aluminum wall mounting arm mated to a galvanized steel
mounting plate
- Ballast and lamp socket are mounted in a die cast aluminum
housing
Lektrocote® Finish
Base and wall mounting arm have two mils minimum of
electrostatically applied powder coating, high temperature bonded to the surface for
maximum adherence and finish hardness
Enclosure
Retainer
- A spring loaded clamping plate locks enclosure to gasketed
base
- Two Allen Head tamper resistant screws allow adjustment
Ballast
- HPS class H normal power reactor, 120V, -40°F starting,
60Hz
- Fluorescent - auto-lag 120V, -20°F cold starting, 60Hz
Lamp
- Included HPS, B-17 clear medium base lamp
- Fluorescent 1600 lumen warm white lamp Two pin 28W
Additional Features
- Gasketed for all weather operation
- Refractor included for brightness control; polycarbonate on
50W HPS and fluorescent units — glass on 70W HPS
