ORDERING INFORMATION

1. Maximum allowable EPA is based on steady winds of 80 and 100 MPH with gusts to 104 and 130 MPH respectively. All calculations are based on a minimum yield of 55,000 PSI.
2. Factory supplied templates must be used when setting anchor bolts. Hubbell Lighting will deny any claim for incorrect anchorage placement resulting from failure to use factory supplied templates.
