| Hubbell will repair or replace (at its option) any
part of the equipment delivered hereunder which under normal and proper use proves to be
defective in workmanship or material within one year from the date of shipment by Hubbell
(Warranty Period). The correction of such defects by repair or replacement shall
constitute fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the equipment sold hereunder.
The liability of Hubbell under this warranty for any loss or damage of the equipment or to
persons or property allegedly caused by the equipment, whether based on contract, strict
tort liability, negligence, or warranty, shall not in any case exceed the cost of
correcting defects in the equipment as herein provided and upon the expiration of the
Warranty Period all such liability shall terminate. Hubbell shall not be liable for
special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
All batteries are warranted for three full
years with an extended prorata period. Contact your Hubbell Representative for details. In
case of fluorescent products, any ballast failing within the Warranty Period, and which
was operated under proper conditions, should be exchanged for a ballast at the applicable
manufacturers Ballast Service Center.
We Will Not Allow Any Charge For
Labor, Materials, Etc., That Does Not Have Our Written Approval Before Such Work Is
Implemented.

The Foregoing Warranty is Exclusive and in Lieu of All Other Warranties or Quality
Whether Written, Oral, Express or Implied, Including, But Not Limited to, any Warranty of
Merchantability or Fitness for a Particular Purpose.
Every effort has been made to provide products that are
as safe as possible. However, lighting equipment requires high voltage, current, and
temperature to operate and often requires elevated mounting for desired illumination.
