that will get you some very impressive results. Not just in your living space, but on your
energy bills, too.
Dual Pane
The basic insulator.
 Dual Pane features two panes of glass separated by an insulating
airspace. This design provides good insulating value at an economical price.
Low-E
Increased insulating values.
 This system features two panes of glass. One of the panes is coated
with a Low-E (low emissivity) coating to increase insulating value. This design provides better
insulating value and condensation resistance.
Heat Mirror™ TC-88
("Twin Coat")
Maintains interior temperatures, lowers energy costs.
This advanced system features a clear film specially
coated on both sides, suspended and permanently sealed between two panes of glass.
 Comfortable interior temperatures are maintained, while outside
temperatures are kept where they belong - outside. Like all Heat Mirror products, Heat
Mirror TC-88 windows increase insulating values, reduce outside noise, block 99.5% of the
sun's harmful UV rays, reduce condensation and increase your family's comfort. Heat
Mirror TC-88 windows are ideal for use on north and east sides of homes where colder winds
and temperatures predominate.
Heat Mirror™ SC-75
("Solar Control")
Cuts unwanted solar heat gain in half without tints, blinds or shades.
 Features a similar design to Heat Mirror TC-88 but, with a
different UV coating to reduce solar heat gain up to 50% better than dual pane windows. Of
course, you also get the other advantages of Hurd Heat Mirror products as well. This
solar control makes Heat Mirror SC-75 a perfect choice for southern and western exposures.
InSol-8®
The ultimate window for your family's comfort. No other window has better all-around
performance.
 Designed with features that include two sheets of Heat Mirror Film,
and three insulating chambers, InSol-8 windows earn one of the industry's highest
insulating ratings. Plus, it also blocks 99.5% of harmful UV rays, eliminates up to 95% of
harmful UV rays, eliminates up to 95% of most outside noise, and is engineered to
substantially reduce condensation as well. InSol-8 windows are the ideal total
performance choice.
