The new Homewaiter 75 by Inclinator is a clean-paper approach to
dumbwaiters. Budget priced, it nonetheless includes design, operational and safety
features commonly found only on larger models.
Monorail Design - Homewaiter 75 features a roller truck
riding in a specially formed monorail. It's a concept proven in our 60 plus years of
experience in residential lifts.
Sturdy Steel Construction: The Homewaiter 75 car is made of
16 gauge steel panels, attached to a heavy-gauge steel base, lifted by aircraft cable.
Unprecedented Adaptability - The Homewaiter 75 car can be as
large as 24" x 24" x 24" and carry up to 75 lbs. Monorail design permits
openings on any or all of three sides. The drive unit can be mounted overhead, underneath
or adjacent to the shaft. The car can be installed in one of two ways - to be loaded at
floor level or at counter height. Custom built 100#, 300#, 500# Dumbwaiters also
available.
Safety Equipment - Homewaiter 75 is equipped with a broken
cable instantaneous safety device, an over-run main line disconnect switch, and a slack
cable main line disconnect switch.
Fully Automatic Controls - Homewaiter 75 can be called or
dispatched from any control station. Key operated switches can be provided.
Easy Installation - Homewaiter 75's design, combined with
partial pre-wiring, make installation quick and simple. The power unit plugs into a 115
volt, 15 amp separate circuit outlet.
