Stone-Crete - Page 8

Stone-Crete is an affordable alternative to stone that has revolutionized the construction industry

Stone-Crete is ideal for highway projects such as sound barrier walls, subdivision entryways and retaining walls and is perfect for a variety of commercial and residential jobs. Stone-Crete also can be used in mall entrances, bridges and dams. Residential uses include privacy walls, landscaping and exterior foundation walls.

Stone-Crete's patented coloring system offers flexibility of design

Stone-crete utilizes unique and exclusive coloring processes that deliver unmatched realism and durability. The two coloring processes are: Stain-Crete, a decorative chemical stain for concrete, and Color-Crete, a product that integrally colors the concrete. A variety of colors are available that complement and blend with popular contemporary finishes.

Another benefit of Stone-Crete's coloring process is the ability to match any design specification at a fraction of the cost of using natural stone. Architects and builders can shade Stone-Crete to the colors of their choice to match other parts o9f the construction and landscaping project, while maintaining the same technical specifications as masonry work.

Form liners are reusable

Design patterns are currently available in form liners for straight walls, corners and corner posts, with an assortment of filler sizes. Molded from natural rock surfaces, the molds are reusable and are designed to fit together on all sides to create a non-repeating pattern replicating an actual stone wall.

Stone-Crete form liners are designed to be mounted on tradition concrete wall forming systems. Made of highly durable urethane for multiple concrete pours, Stone-Crete form liners will withstand the rigors of on-site construction under a variety of extreme weather conditions.

Choose from a variety of patterns and colors

Stone-Crete is available in seven different patterns: Split-Faced Granite in 12-inch and 24-inch Coursing, Ashlar Cut Stone, San Luis Obispo, Dry Stack, River Rock and Sedona. To achieve the natural stone look, the surface is colored with Increte's Stain-Crete. Then the surface is sealed with Increte Clear Seal, a protective seal containing UV inhibitors, that is applied over the Stain-Crete for ease of cleaning and long-lasting durability. The colored concrete walls have an impressive compressive strength and can be used as structural walls. Stone-Crete products meet all ACI requirements.
