To receive the AMCA seal, louvers must meet certain test criteria. The tests are based on a 48" x 48" size. The louvers are tested without
birdscreens and must be mill finished. The water test is conducted at a rainfall of 4" per hour during a 15-minute period. The AMCA Certified
Ratings Seal applies to air capacities in the intake mode only. See page 12 for complete free area information.
