INTERSEPT EFFICACY
Efficacy and durability of antimicrobial compounds is affected by application as well as field and laboratory conditions. Intersept treated products have been evaluated and found to be efficacious in standardized tests such as ASTM Method G-21, ASTM Method D-3273, AATCC Method 174 Parts II and III, AATCC Method 100, and AATCC Method 30. Each production lot of the chemical is tested for chemical quality and antimicrobial efficacy. Intersept Specialty Products has developed a host of stringent, in-house test methods that assure product performance.

INTERSEPT IS OPPORTUNITY
In a changing and increasingly demanding marketplace, Intersept offers manufacturers the opportunity to gain a true competitive advantage, gain new markets to revitalize product lines and expand market share. The desire of consumers and industrial customers for improved hygiene and safety and extended product life is not being met by the high toxicity and limited efficacy of older antimicrobial technologies. Intersept offers its new standards of performance to a wide variety of products where the long-term control of a broad spectrum of harmful microorganisms is desirable, including:
