Australian Jarrah - this type of eucalyptus grows in Western Australia and is much sought after for its durability and inherent beauty. Extremely hard, it is well suited for both commercial and residential applications. Jarrah ranges in color from pinkish red to a deep burgundy red. We offer this species in two color selections. The first, our regular grade, is a light to medium red and the second, our selected dark, provides a medium to dark burgundy red in color range.

tasmanian oak

Tasmanian Oak - from the island of Tasmania this eucalypt is very similar in color and grain to domestic oak. IHF offers Tasmania Oak only in straight grain selection to maximize stability and hardness. This selection yields an exceedingly uniform grain, ideal for use in areas where a formal distinguished look is desired.
