FLOORING STYLES
Most of our woods are offered in the following flooring sizes and styles:
- ThinStrip 1/2" thick x 2" x 12" .
- FeatureStrip 3/4" thick x1/2", 3/4",
1", & 1-1/2" widths.
- Strip 3/4" x 2-1/4" wide.
- Plank 3/4" x 3", 4", 5" &
wider widths.
- Herringbones 3/4" thick by any width/length.
- Patterns 5/16" or 3/4" thick.
- Borders 5/16" or 3/4" thick.
In addition to the above standard sizes IHF can custom mill
any thickness, width, or length of flooring desired. All of our woods can be fabricated
into virtually any pattern or border. The design possibilities are limited only by your
imagination.
CUSTOM WORK
Related items such as moldings, baseboards, casings, treads, risers, handrails,
countertops, cabinets, doors, etc., can be manufactured by IHF to your order. We are also
happy to supply your stair manufacturer, cabinet maker, or finish carpenter with lumber,
readily available from our inventories in most thicknesses. Any wood you choose for a
floor may now be carried throughout your project. And with both the flooring and related
trim being produced out of the same batch of lumber, you can be confident all the wood
elements in your project will match.
