Intro-tub's liners are custom made to fit your existing bath-tub. Made of 270 mil thick co-extruded HIGH-IMPACT DR/ABS (Durable Rubber Acrylic and Acrylanytril Butadine Styrene) for extended life and durability.  Using a process called co-extrusion a single sheet is manufactured by combining both materials simultaneously.  Unlike laminating which heat bonds two pieces, co-extrusion will not separate or peel especially in the hot humid conditions found in a bathroom.

Intro-tub's liners durable surface will not chip, peel or scratch easily.  With its ease of cleaning, your liner will retain its gloss for many years.  Stains and marks can be easily sanded and buffed out returning the surface  to its original luster.  Liners are not susceptible to damage by most acidic drain cleaners.

Intro-tub's professional installers are trained to custom fit your liner and complete the installation with the finest adhesives and sealants available.  Our installers use a custom blended silicone sealant made for liner installation.  The sealant is enhanced with a mildewcide, and chemicals designed to enhance its ability to bond to your existing bath-tub.  Unlike construction adhesive that hardens over time, our adhesive will remain soft and pliable forever.  As your building shifts from season with temperature and humidity variations, our adhesive will adjust to the natural movement yet maintain its bond.

In most cases, our work can be completed in one day, returning the room to service the next day.  Our crews can complete 5 to 7 units per day.  The room will require no more than your normal housekeeping to prepare it for your next Guest.

Intro-tub's liners include both a MOLDED NON-SLIP pattern as well as an APPLIED NON-SLIP pattern that will meet or exceed all industry standards, including ASTM, NAHB and AAA.
