FLASHDEK ... Simple and Easy to Install


STEP 1 : Snap a chalk line providing a guide for applying sealant.	STEP 2 : Apply a continuous bead of sealant along chalk line

STEP 3 : Position top edge of Flashdek over seal bead and install Buildex fasteners at 6'' maximum in\intervals on top edge. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 for the bottom edge. Provide enough slack in the Flashdek for expansion.	STEP 4: Apply additional sealant to both fastened edges for maximum waterproof sealing.

Recommended Sealant: Chemseco Sikaflex sealant, part number 4040910.
