Installation Guidelines

	Buildex's Lite Weight Concrete fasteners are designed for base sheet attachment to flat or sloped lightweight insulating concrete or gypsum roof decks. Lightweight concrete material must be a minimum of 2" thick and conform to industry standards for structural integrity and moisture content.
	This fastener is not suitable for applications where the hardness of the deck causes the fastener's leg to distort.
	Fastener and plate must be seated flush with roof surfaces to avoid cutting the base ply. Do not overdrive.
	Consult Factory Mutual and membrane manufacturers for installation guidelines.
	Buildex's Lite Weight Concrete fasteners should be installed using the Buildex Lite Drive or a standard 2 lb. mallet.
