UPRIGHT BLOOD BANK REFRIGERATORS

Jewett upright blood bank refrigerators are available in four sizes with capacities from 240 to 720 blood bags, 450ml capacity. The upright models feature electronic temperature control, alarm and recording systems, and forced-air circulation. Removable stainless steel roll-our drawers have heavy-duty roller bearings for easy access to inventory and better stability when fully extended.

Designed to meet AABB, ANRC, and FDA criteria for blood component storage, each model includes a built-in solid-state electronic temperature control with the Jewett T100 Series alarm/monitor system. Quiet-running, hermetically sealed refrigeration systems provide excess refrigeration capacity for quick temperature recovery following door openings.

T100 Series Alarm/Monitor System

Jewett upright blood bank refrigerators feature the T100 Series alarm/monitor system with audible and visual warning in case of AC power failure or deviation of cabinet temperature from setpoint.

Features include auto-tracking overtemp parameters, audio and warning light signatures, alarm silence with automatic ring back; pre-programmed time delays, battery back-up with test switch and low battery indicator light, remote alarm connections, self-test circuit for alarm simulation, and automatic calibration with touch pad power failure test.

Dual thermistor probes on reach-in cabinets monitor upper and lower level temperatures with a selector switch for viewing upper or lower temperature; probes are thermally weighted. Audible and visual door ajar warning (upright reach-in cabinets) include a time adjustable alarm delay.

• CFC-free cabinet insulation, minimum 2" vapor sealed polyurethane.
• Fully extendable stainless steel drawers adjustable on 1" centers; solid drawers contain spills.
• Easy-to-clean dished interior cabinet base.
• Triple-pane heated glass door and frame with multi-point neoprene door gasket reduces condensation.
