Roofing Accessories

"If you can draw it, we can make it"sm

At Johns Manville, we can design an expansion joint cover to fit almost any opening.

This brochure contains many standard products and systems designs.

  • Expansion joint covers, intersections, and transitions
  • Vertical expansion joint closures and transitions
  • Fascia and coping systems, corners, scuppers and transitions

In addition, Johns Manville has established a reputation based on our ability to custom design and fabricate special systems to solve building movement and closure problems. No matter how unusual your roofing challenge, we can turn your rough sketches into a custom manufactured Expand-O-Flash®, Expand-O-Gard®, PrestoLock® Fascia or Coping System. And these custom designed systems can be included in the Johns Manville Roofing Systems Guarantee, one of the most comprehensive performance guarantees in the roofing industry.

Here is an example of an expansion joint transition between a new and old roof area which created an unusual condition. Our Technical Service Department turned a rough sketch into custom designed transitions.

These were installed, included in a Johns Manville Roofing System Guarantee, and successfully solved the design challenge.
