NDL Guarantees are available only to NDL approved contractors.
UltraFast and/or GlasFast must be used.
Asphalt must be supplied by an approved asphalt supplier and a JM confirmation number must be obtained.
PermaMop asphalt systems require the application of DynaFlex flashings in Type III or IV asphalt, MBR Flashing Cement or MBR Utility Cement.
1/2 " Retro-Fit Board is an approved insulation for recover specifications.
5 and 10 year guarantees available for new construction, tear-off or recover.
15 year guarantees available for new construction, complete tear-off or recover only with a full, non-destructive moisture survey supplemented with test cuts. All wet materials must be removed.
20 year guarantees available for new construction or complete tear-off only.
When APP is used for flashings

–	15 and 20 year guarantees require APP Base plus TRICOR M for an approved APP flashing system.
–	10 year NDL guarantes require APPeX 4.5 M, APPeX 5S or BICOR S.
–	10 year penal sum guarantees can utilize APPeX products.
