APPeX 4.5M, Bicor, or APPeX 4S are acceptable flashing for 10 and 12 year guarantees.

• NDL Guarantees are available only to NDL approved contractors.
• Full Value equals the original installed cost of the JM materials and the labor to install them.
• Full Value does not include the costs for tear-off, non-JM material or labor to install non-JM material mat. UltraFast insulation fasteners must be used.
• UltraFast and/or GlasFast must be used.
• Nord Board must be used when heat welding directly to insulation.
• APPeX 180 and APPeX Black Bear are available for Material Warranties only.
• Smooth surface membranes and flashing must be coated with an approved JM coating.
• Flashing must be installed over FesCant Plus cant strips.
• Re-Cover specs require the use of 1/2" Nord Board or mechanically fastened GlasBase Sheet.
