PC/PET Retro Drain®

Description
PC/PET RetroDrain* replacement roof drains are manufactured from engineering resin co-polymer. The PC/PET is tough. It is consistently
resistant to temperature extremes. This resin performs effortlessly, permitting quick assembly of interlocking parts. The strainer dome installs
with a snap fit. The ribbed clamping ring, with raised connection bosses, positions perfectly every time, while forming a watertight seal to the
roof membrane. Specially coated clamping ring screws have outstanding pullout strength without possibility of back-out. The one-piece
molding of the RetroDrain body makes leakage impossible. In addition, the flat flange is designed to sit flush on the existing roof drain, thereby
eliminating any need to remove the old drain. And, of course, the integral U-Flow Seal guarantees an absolute watertight connection to the old
drain pipe. Performance of the seal is ensured by ultra-sonically welded brass inserts and stainless steel screws. Installation aids available:
13" (330 mm) shaft screwdriver with loss prevention cord, 13" (330 mm) steel power bit and hole punch used to cut holes in roof membrane for
accurate flashing.

FP-10 One Way® Roof Vent

Description
The FP-10 One Way Roof Vent is a solar operated, moisture/vapor venting unit designed to release and prevent the re-entry of moisture laden
air in new or existing lightweight fill decks and most low-slope industrial/commercial roofing systems. The venting unit consists of three major
components: A one piece roof deck flange and body, a weatherproof cap, and a silicone rubber valve. The deck flange is 10" (254 mm) in
diameter, while the body has a base diameter of 4½" (114 mm) and a height of 6" (152 mm). As the sun heats the roofing membrane causing
trapped moisture-laden air to expand, the one way valve is forced open, releasing the moisture into the surrounding atmosphere. When the
roofing membrane cools, the process is reversed. Cooler air in the roof sandwich contracts tending to draw moisture laden air into the roof
system. The one way valve closes preventing its re-entry. The one way silicone-rubber valve also prevents the entry of snow and wind-blown
rain.
Use
The Black Cap FP-10 Roof Vent is manufactured of black polyethylene and is designed for use with typical built-up roofing and modified
bitumen systems. For heat-weld systems, do not apply heat directly to vent. The Gray Cap FP-10 Roof Vent manufactured with a
black-pigmented ABS plastic resin is available for use with EPDM single ply roofing systems.
Advantages
- One way design prevents re-entry of moisture
- Compatible with BUR, mop-applied modified bitumen and EPDM single ply systems
- Durable, weather-resistant construction

DynaTred™ and DynaTred™ Plus Roof Walkway

Description
DynaTred and DynaTred Plus are preformed, skid-resistant boards consisting of modified asphalt, reinforcements and fillers with a ceramic
granule surface on both sides. They are durable, resilient and maintenance free.
U s e
DynaTred and DynaTred Plus can be installed over built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems to provide an integral, skid-resistant
walkway for demanding service access needs. Over smooth or mineral-surfaced roofs, or prior to graveling, install DynaTred or DynaTred
Plus in either a full bed of hot asphalt or MBR Utility Cement. If installed in hot asphalt, use the same asphalt recommended for use with the
BUR or modified bitumen membrane. All four corners of each piece should be fully and firmly set prior to walking on the board. Leave a
minimum of 1" (25 mm) open space in all directions between walkway boards to provide for drainage of the roofing system.
DynaTred and DynaTred Plus are not recommended for use on slopes in excess of 2" (51 mm).
Advantages
- Long-lasting roof protection
- Skid-resistant surface
- Durable, resilient and maintenance free
- Can be easily cut with a heavy-duty utility knife or circular saw with a carbide-tipped blade.
