The JOMY Safety Ladder can be configured in heights up to 300 feet. The rated capacity of the ladder is one person every six feet for the entire height of the ladder.

Stainless steel pivot pins with nylon bushings prevent metal-on-metal contact eliminating rust and corrosion.

Extruded aluminum safety rail adds safety and security during ascent and descent and enables assistance, if required.

Two foot wide rungs with slip-resistant ribbed surface were tested by Underwriter's Laboratories with a 1,000 lb. static load for one hour without breaking.

The ladder rests directly on the ground. Custom brackets and hardware (supplied) attach ladder to the wall every five feet but do not bear any weight. Therefore no special wall reinforcement or through-bolting is required.

Patented opening mechanism prevents unauthorized access to the ladder by burglars or vandals.
