MINI-JOMY HOME ESCAPE

The Mini-JOMY is the ideal access and egress solution for residential and light commercial applications up to 25 feet. The ladder stands as a column directly on the ground, yet looks like a drainpipe. With the simple release of a latch, the Mini-JOMY folds out into a 17" wide ladder with slip-resistant rungs.

The Mini-JOMY is constructed of extruded anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The ladder is burglar proof. It can only be opened with the release of latch. The ladder remains closed when not in use; thus snow and ice cannot accumulate on the rungs. Counter-weighting stainless steel springs provides effortless closing.

The Mini-JOMY meets ICBO & BOCA building codes and is guaranteed to provide a life-time of maintenance free operation.
