PRICING Contact your Lexington Representative for price quotations. All prices are subject to change without notice except prices on specific quotations which are firm for 30 days from the date of the quotations. This firm price policy does not apply to orders having delivery dates specified more than 90 days from the date of order nor to orders put on holt at the customers' request, for credit approval, or for drawing approval. Prices for light standards include anchor bolts and nut covers/nut cover discs or a spun collar as shown in this catalog. ACCEPTANCE No order or inquiry shall be binding upon Lexington until accepted and acknowledge by Lexington in writing. CREDIT Invoice payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to the approval of the Lexington Credit Department Anchor bolts shipped in advance of light standards will be invoiced at the time of bolt shipment. CONDITIONS Backcharges will be accepted only in cases when the charges have been authorized by Lexington in writing. Lexington will not be responsible for any shortage in a shipment if not reported within 48 hours after receipt of the shipment. Specifications contained herein are for general reference purposes only. Continuing product improvement dictates that Lexington reserves the right to change design and/or material without notice. Such changes will be indicated on approval drawings. TRANSPORTATION
If the customer specifies the route, method, or agency of transportation to be used by Lexington, the purchaser will be invoiced for the transportation costs. PACKAGING Light standards are wrapped only for protection during shipping. Upon receipt, all wrapping must be removed and the standards inspected. Exposure to moisture during storage may cause the wrapping materials to stain the standard. DIMENSIONS Dimensions for aluminum tubing products use the Aluminum Association tolerances. Height tolerances are +/- two inches. The wall thickness of the shaft is stamped into the anchor base casting on the same side as the handhole. VIBRATION Many factors may contribute to the development of a vibration problem. It is not, however the result of defective material or poor workmanship and therefore is not covered by the Lexington warranty. Lexington recommends that vibration dampeners be purchased when any of the following conditions exit:
