Kinetics Cross Talk Barrier - Type KNM-100AL/AL

Kinetics Cross-Talk KNM 100AL/AL is a Loaded Vinyl Limp Mass Barrier with reinforced aluminized facing encapsulating the barrier giving the product a Class 1 fire rating.

Specifications: Barrier material shall meet the sound transmission loss listed below. The barrier material shall be tested in accordance with National Fire Protection Association method NFPA 701 and tested in a vertical configuration. Test results shall meet a Class 1 fire rating. Kinetics Ceiling Backer

KNC Ceiling Backer is a composite die cut barrier available in 2' x 2' or 2' x 4' sizes. These sizes can easily be placed on top of an existing ceiling tile system that is not providing enough sound attenuation. The barrier material will be a reinforced aluminized-faced mass loaded vinyl 1.0 lb./sq. ft. density bonded to a 1" fiber glass decoupler. The sound transmission loss characteristics are as follows:
