CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Payment terms:
1% 10th and 25th, net 30 from cut off date; FO.B. Muncie, Indiana
Invoices dated 1st - 15th are due by the 10th of the following month to receive 1% cash
discount. Net payment is due on or before the 15th of the next month after shipping.
Invoices dated 16th - End of month are due by the 25th of the following month to receive
1% cash discount. Net payment is due on or before the end of the month of the month after
shipping.
2. All sales are final. No merchandise is to be returned to Feeny
Manufacturing Company without written authorization from Feeny Manufacturing Company.
Non-stock custom ordered products are not returnable for credit or exchange. No deductions
are to be made from invoices unless authorized by credit memo from Feeny Manufacturing
Company.
3. Goods ordered in error may be returned upon receipt of a
Returned Goods Authorization issued within 60 days from date of sale, subject to a 25%
restocking charge.
4. All prices, material and minor design revisions are subject to
change without notice.
5. All weights are approximate and only furnished as a guide.
6. Delinquency charge of 1-1/2% per month will be made on all past
due invoices. This is an annual charge of 18%.
7. Any tax or government charge, which may now or here-after become
effective and/or be imposed by federal, state or municipal authorities upon production.
sales, or shipment of goods hereunder, shall be added to price herein and paid by
purchaser.
8. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, Feeny Manufacturing
Company shall not be liable for non delivery and/or inability to perform hereunder, caused
by any contingency beyond its control, including but not limited to: strikes, riot,
lockout, war, accident, fire, flood, disaster, or inability to obtain materials essential
to the manufacture of products covered hereby, governmental or other limitation or
restrictions on material, labor, manufacturing, delivery or shipping.
9. All claims pertaining to shortages must be made within 10 days
after receipt of shipment
10. Damaged Merchandise:
Concealed damage can occur from rough handling by carriers, and the amount of this damage
is collectible by you from the carrier upon presentation of proper claim. If you find
damage upon unpacking the shipment, call the delivering carrier and ask for an inspection
of concealed damage. An inspector will be sent out, and will furnish proper forms for your
claim. Do not return the damaged merchandise to us! The
carrier is responsible for the shipment when it is picked up at our factory. If product is
returned to us, no claim can be filed.
11. Order Confirmation:
Feeny Manufacturing Company requires a confirming purchase order for all verbal or
telephone orders to assure accuracy. Feeny Manufacturing Company acknowledges all orders
by a Sales Order copy for the customer which is binding as to quantity, description and
price unless corrected by a written purchase change order notice. All sales are deemed to
have taken place within the State of Indiana. The "Condition of Sale" and any
related actions will be governed and made enforceable under the laws of the State of
Indiana.
14. Minimum order $100.00.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Feeny products have been
recognized as world-wide leaders for their innovative design and quality construction. Our exclusive
Limited Lifetime Warranty means that your Feeny products are covered against defects in
materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs with your Feeny product as a result of
normal use, contact Teeny Manufacturing Company directly. This warranty is limited to
providing a replacement product or refund for returned product.
