| For year the dance and athletic
world suffered from floors which were considered acceptable simply because they were
"sprung." No consideration was given to the quality of the cushion and its
consistency, to rebound, to safety of the dancer/athlete, or to ease of assembly for the
production or construction manager. "Basket
Weave" floor designs, suspended hardwood (sport) floor designs, along with numerous

suspension with dancer controlled rebound across the entirety of the dance floor surface.
