L'AIR FLOOR SYSTEM -

The L'Air Floor System is a proprietary designed, acoustically rated, suspended floor product consisting of pre-fabricated, interlocking modules created of materials and by specifications noted below. The L'Air Floor System is delivered to the jobsite ready for immediate or delayed installation, with no primary on-site fabrication of the flooring required, other than preparation of specific securing modules and custom cutting of specific modules, as dictated by site installation requirements.

1. Module Type:

2. Module Dimensions:
   1. Standard:
       95-3/4" long x 47-3/4" wide x 1-5/8" thick and 47-13/16 x 47-3/4" or 2,43m long x 1.215m
       wide x 35mm thick and1.215m x 1.215m x 35mm.
   2. Custom:
       Dormant thickness remains constant at 1-3/8" or 35mm. Length and width may vary as
       required by site.
3. Module Composition
   1. Surface
       a. 3/4"/18mm thick, high pressure composite wood core, 1/8" top and bottom solid
           veneers, B face Baltic Birch finish veneers. Machined to precise dimensions, 90
           degree angles. Produced with #2 water resistant glue lines.
       b. Surface is precision sanded then coated with proprietary textured, machine applied,
           UV cured urethane, 3.5ml thick.

2. Bottom Layer / Primary Cushion Material L'AIR Multi-Durometer^®
    5/8"/35mm thick, multi-durometer, closed cell synthetic sponge with 3 mil thickness L'AIR^™
    GLIDE laminated to base of LMD^™ as protection from sub-floor abrasion and aid in reducing
    friction during installation.

Note: Cushion is fabricated with 3M 30-NF Non-Toxic adhesive.

4. Tongue / Groove:

1. Tongue: 3/8" / 9mm dia. hard birch dowel / Precision concentricity to within .002" of .375"
2. Groove: 3/8" / 9mm dia. applied edge kerf / Concentric and aligned to within .003"

5. Module Weight:

1. Standard: 70 lbs. / 32 kilos., typical
2. Custom: less than 70 lbs. / 32 kilos
