GEMINI SERIES

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Larsen's Gemini Series is an aesthetically designed cabinet line which is identified by an extensive selection of frameless acrylic doors. Gemini cabinets are identical to the Architectural Series, except these units have a frameless door of smooth or textured acrylic in lieu of the conventional hollow-metal door frame. The dimensions of the Gemini Series cabinets are outlined in the table at right. Please refer to page10 for the appropriate wall installation and trim projection information. The Gemini Series is specified by using the prefix "G" as part of the model number.

DOOR SPECIFICATION: The standard door material is 1/4 inch thick smooth or textured acrylic (1/2 inch thick smooth acrylic is available as an option). If lettering is specified, the design is placed on the back of the door to prevent damage. A selection of the more popular Gemini door styles is pictured below. The breakglass feature is available with all door styles. All doors have a satin finish pull handle with a self-adjusting roller catch; and a continuous piano hinge constructed of material which matches the trim.

BOX SPECIFICATION & TRIM SPECIFICATION: Identical to the Architectural Series.

TO SPECIFY THE GEMINI SERIES:

1. Use the appropriate prefix for the trim material. If steel-no prefix is required. If aluminum-use "AL". If stainless steel - use "SS".

2. Select the required model number from the table at right.

3. Identify the door design from the chart on this page and, if desired, specify the door and lettering color.

DIMENSIONS

**  Inside box depth is 4-3/4" when supplied with aluminum door and trim. The ALG2409-5R has a 1-1/4" square trim.

+ Trimless cabinets must be installed before drywall because their plaster stops must be behind the drywall. Trimless are not recommended for block wall installation.

** Deduct 3/4" from H x W dimensions for cabinets with aluminum trim. This does not apply to "FS" fire-rated option.
