MECHANICAL LOCKS AND KEYS

HSL I DEADLOCK, HSL II DEADLOCK, HSL III LATCH

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Larsen's mechanical security locks are manufactured to cover the full range of security requirements for all types of detention facilities. Virtually pick-proof, these high-security deadlocks and latches are a perfect complement to Larsen's line of detention fire protection cabinets and access panels.

KEYS: All Larsen's prison paracentric keys are registered before shipment. Therefore, additional or replacement keys can be ordered easily, even years later. Keys, however, are sold only to properly authorized dealers. All keys are sold separately as accessories and are NOT included with locks.

MODEL HSL I DEADLOCK

Use: Fire hose cabinets, evidence storage cabinets, control cabinets, and other large swing type doors.

Specifications:

• Deadlocks and Unlocks by Key

• Drop Forged Steel Case and Cover

• Corrosion Resistant Working Parts

• Deadbolt - Solid steel with three hardened roller pins concealed inside to resist sawing.

• Six Lever Tumblers - Made of spring-temper brass

• Key Cylinder - One piece bronze alloy with paracentric keyway

• Random Depth Cuts - For pick resistance

• Bolt Size - 2" x 3/4"

• Bolt Throw - 3/4", projects 1/2" when retracted

• Handing - Specify left or right

• Finish - Case and cover: USP, primed for painting.

MODEL HSL II DEADLOCK

Use: Fire department valve cabinets, fire extinguisher cabinets, access panels, hatches, and other infrequently used areas which require strong security.

• Malleable Iron Case and Steel Cover

• Corrosion Resistant Working Parts

• Deadbolt - High strength solid bronze

• Five Lever Tumblers - Made of spring-temper brass

• Key Cylinder - One piece bronze alloy with paracentric keyway

• Bolt Size -1-1/2" x 3/4"

• Bolt Throw - 5/8", projects 1/2" when retracted

• Handing - Specify left or right

• Finish - Case and cover: USP, primed for painting.

MODEL HSL III LATCH

Use: Fire department valve cabinets, fire extinguisher cabinets, access panels, gun lockers, wicket doors, observation panels and other small swing doors.

• Snap Locks Automatically When Door Is Closed - Unlocks by Key

• Malleable Iron Case and Steel Cover

• Latch Bolt - Solid bronze

3/4" CYLINDER LOCKS

Description: This is the standard lock used on all Larsen's break glass cabinets as indicated in Sweets Catalog, Section 10520 FIRE PROTECTION.

Specifications:

• Keys - All keyed alike with two keys

• Finish - Chrome plated

• Size - 3/4" cylinder with 7/8" body length

• Rotation Catch Cam - Secured by 1/4" phillips screws with star washers.
