THIN-SET MORTARS
LATICRETE® FLOOR'N WALL THIN-SET MORTAR

(U.S. PATENT NO. 4,218,258)
Floor'n Wall Thin Set Mortar DESCRIPTION:
A unique, high-strength thin-set mortar with high tack and long adjustment time. For interior and exterior use over masonry, concrete, portland cement backer board, mortar beds and gypsum wallboard (interior only). For both floor and wall installations.

ADVANTAGES:
A component of the LATICRETE Labor and Materials Warranty System when fortified with LATICRETE 3701 Grout and Mortar Admix. Specially formulated mix provides 15% more coverage compared with regular sanded thin-set mortars.

PACKAGING:
Grey or White in 50 lb. (22.7 kg) bag; 54 bags per pallet

 COVERAGE:
Approximately 60-70 ft2 (5.6-6.3 m2) with 1/4" x 1/4" (6 mm x 6 mm) square notch trowel;

50-60 ft2 (4.7-5.6 m2) with 1/4" x 3/8" (6 mm x 9 mm) square notch trowel.

LATICRETE® 317 THIN-SET MORTAR
DESCRIPTION:
A smooth and creamy sanded thin-set mortar for installing all types of ceramic wall and floor tiles. For improved performance, fortify with LATICRETE 3701 Mortar Admix or LATICRETE 333 Super Flexible Admix.

COVERAGE:
Approximately 50-60 ft2 (5.6-6.3 m2)   with 1/4" x 1/4" (6 mm x 6 mm) square notch trowel; 40-50 ft2 (3.7-4.5 m2) with 1/4" x 3/8" (6 mm x 9 mm) square notch trowel.

LATICRETE® 280 SANDED FLOOR MIX THIN-SET MORTAR
280 Sanded Floor Thin Set DESCRIPTION:
A sanded floor thin-set mortar for installing quarry tile, pavers, brick and stone. For interior and exterior use over masonry and concrete surfaces, cement backerboard and mortar beds. For improved performance, fortify with LATICRETE 3701 Latex Grout and Mortar Admix or LATICRETE 333 Super Flexible Admix.

ADVANTAGES:
Can be used as a medium bed mortar with a large notched trowel.

PACKAGING:
Grey or white in 50 lb. (22.7 kg) bag; 54 bags per pallet

 

 

 COVERAGE:
Approximately 50-60 ft2 (5.6-6.3 m2) with 1/4" x 1/4" (6 mm x 6 mm) square notch trowel; 40-50 ft2 (3.7-4.5 m2) with 1/4" x 3/8" (6 mm x 9 mm) square notch trowel.

APPLICATION:
Use approximately 1.75 to 2 U.S. gallons (6.6-7.6 l) of liquid to 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) of thin-set.
