LEMCO TRIM TYPES:
Lemco offers many different trim styles for chalk, marker, Multi-Purpose and tackboards.
Select the one that best suits your project. All aluminum trip is 6063-T5 Alloy, etched
and anodized. Finish is available in clear, satin or bronze. Below are brief descriptions
of each trim type. Individual trim sections may be ordered, stock lengths up to 24' long.

Lemco factory framed boards are an attractive and economical answer to most visual aid requirements. The most commonly used and easiest to install panel for schools, churches, and offices. Versatility in trim design allows chalk, marker, multi-purpose and tack surfaces to be constructed singularly or in conjunction with other panels (board styles A through J). Trim styles may be combined for a specific look.

TYPE 2: Field applied trim for 1/2" thick boards. Boards are glued to the wall and trim is applied around the edges. The chalktray is Lemco #16 standard "blade type" tray, with #56 1" maprail and #36 edge trim. Combination type boards are divided with #67 H-bar. all trim can be cut to size in the factory and shipped ready to install. |

TYPE 3: Factory assembled trim. The most commonly used trim in the industry. Chalktray is Lemco #21 standard "blade type" tray, with #61 1" maprail and #5 edge trim. Combination type boards are divided with #67 H-bar. Maximum overall length is 16 feet. |

TYPE 4: Adjustable boards. Boards can be easily moved and adjusted in height using wall standards spaced 4' on center and mounting Clips. The chalktray is Lemco #21 standard "blade type" tray, with #61 1" maprail and #5 edge trim. These boards are normally ordered in 4' and 8' lengths. |

TYPE 5: Factory assembled trim. This trim has a "heavier" look. Chalktray is Lemco #19CT "box type" tray with end closures, uses #19MR 2" maprail and # 19ET edge trim 1 5/8" wide face. Combination type boards are divided with #67 H-bar. Maximum overall length is 16 feet. |

TYPE 6: Red Oak trim. Edge trim is 1 1/4" wide with a heavy duty chalktray. Trim may be ordered with light, medium or dark stain. Maximum overall length is 12 feet. |

SNAP ON: Field cut and assembled trim. Snap on trim is supplied in stock lengths and cut to fit on the job. It assembles with "hat" clips that fasten the boards to the wall allowing the trim to be snapped on around th edges. The trim looks like type 5 factory assembled trim. The chalktray is Lemco #SOCT "box type" tray with end closures, uses #SOMR 2" maprail and #SOET edge trim 1 5/8" wide face. Additional labor time for installation of this trim type should be allowed. |
