NO. 300 FABRIC COVERED SURFACES
APPLICATION: Woven fabric by Guilford Textiles over cork or fiberboard provides a
rich, warm alternative to natural cork or vinyl. The surface is easy to clean and
maintain. Fabric carries a class A fire rating.SPECIFICATION:
Material: Tack surface shall be 100% of polyester woven fabric 16.0 oz/ lineal yrd.
2 ply yarn. Fire rating of class 1 or A ASTM E-84. Select one of the following:
No. 300F - Fabric on 1/4" cork - sheet material
No. 303 - No. 300F on 1/4" industrial grade particle board
No. 305 - No. 300 fabric on 1/2" fiberboard
No. 3058 - No. 300 fabric on 1/8" cork on 3/8" fiberboard
No. 301 - No. 300F on 1/4" hardboard (not recommended)
Sizes Available: Fabric covered cork #300F, 301, 303 &
3058 is available in sheets four feet wide and up to 16 feet long. #305 is available in
sizes four feet wide, up to 10' long.
NO. 330 VINYL COVERED SURFACES
APPLICATION: Burlap patterned cloth supported vinyl over cork or fiberboard
provides a durable tack surface. Vinyl is available in a variety of colors. Easily cleaned
with soap and water.
SPECIFICATION:
Material: Tack surface shall be cloth supported vinyl 15.0 oz./lineal yard. Vinyl
carries a class A fire rating and exceeds federal spec. CCC-W-408A. ASTM E-84 Flame Spread
5, Smoke Developed 0. Select one of the following backing materials:
No. 330 - Vinyl on 1/4" cork - sheet material
No. 333 - No. 330 on 1/4" industrial grade particle board
No. 335 - Vinyl on 1/2" fiberboard (if fire rated fiberboard is required specify
#335FR)
No. 3358 - Vinyl on 1/8" cork on 3/8" fiberboard
No. 331 - No. 330 on 1/4" hardboard (not recommended)
