"T" MOLD)
SPECIFICATION: Writing surface is Lemco porcelain enamel chalk or marker finish on
steel (complying with PEI Spec. S104). Tackboard is Lemco No. 300 fabric or vinyl on
1/4" natural cork. Core material is honeycomb with a 3' wide perimeter band of
particle board. Total thickness of the board is 1 1/4". DTM will be backed with .015
aluminum foil and a face sheet of writing surface or cork. Edges of all panels to have a
black plastic "T" mold. Molding is to have retainer driven from the back of the
panel through barbed leg of "T" mold at not more than 24" on center. Fabric
covering on tackboards will be glued to cork. Overlapping edges will be forced into kerfed
edges of particle board prior to installing edge trim. Corners of all panels will have a
3" radius. Chalktray and maprail are continuous on all writing boards, in a finish
selected by architect. "L" bracket installation.
TM BOARDS ("T" MOLD)
SPECIFICATION: Writing surface is Lemco porcelain enamel chalk or marker finish on

1/4" natural cork. Core material is particle board. Particle board thickness
will accommodate writing or tack surface, so that overall thickness of the TM board shall
be 3/4". Backing sheet of aluminum foil is required on core of writing surface. Edges
of all panels will have a black plastic "T" mold. Molding is to have retainers
driven from the back of the panel through the barbed leg of "T" mold at no more
than 24" on center. Fabric covering on tackboards will be glued to cork. Overlapping
edges are to be forced into kerfed edges of particle board prior to installing edge trim.
Corners of all panels will have a 3/4" radius. Chalktray and maprail are continuous
on all writing boards, in a finish selected by the architect. "l" brackets

MODEL 825 MODEL 800
These units have been used extensively in school and churches throughout the United
States.
Portable details have been engineered for quality and durability.
All connecting trim sections are corner locked and reinforced with channels or angles
within the tubular construction. Standard construction consists of a chalkboard on one
side and tackboard on the reverse side. These surfaces plus markerboard can be used in any
combination. The model 800 has a release and lock pin located at the bottom center of the
frame for easy rotation of the panel within the frame. All units have a continuous
chalktray and maprail (Model 825, when ordered with chalkboard on both sides, has tray and
rail on both sides). Heavy duty 4" ball bearing castors provide easy mobility on any
type of floor. Two of the castors provided are locking. All units ar designed to go
through a standard size door opening.
*Standard lengths: 4', 5', 6', and 8'. Standard height: 6' 6".
Modification to size can be made.
